Shipping Policy
- Shipping Times: Orders placed through the website are shipped within 4 business days of the order being processed. Circumstances outside our control may cause delays on orders being processed and/or shipped. We make every effort to notify customers of delays, and mitigate any delays to the best of our ability.
- Shipping Methods: All orders are shipped via delivery under the ownership and control of Grand Mesa Cabinets & Countertops. When needed, we reserve the right to ship via third-party courier services, including local contract carriers.
- Product Condition: Products shipped are guaranteed to arrive in factory condition. It is the customer's responsibility to check for damage at the time of delivery. Once the delivery driver has left the delivery location, any claims of product damage are not subject to manufacturer's warranty, and become the sole responsibility of the customer.

Receipt of Delivery: The customer or an agent thereof must be present to receive deliveries. If a person is not present at the time and location of the delivery, the products will be returned to the manufacturer. It will be the customer's responsibility to pick-up purchased products, or pay for a second delivery attempt.
