RETURN & REFUND POLICY


1. Custom Fabrication Policy
All laminate and solid surface countertops are custom-fabricated to customer specifications. Once fabrication begins, products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
2. Deposit Policy
Deposits are non-refundable once materials are ordered or fabrication is scheduled. Deposits secure production time and material allocation.
3. Material Selection Responsibility
Customers are responsible for final approval of color, finish, and specifications prior to fabrication. Signed approval constitutes acceptance of the selected material.
4. Remake Conditions
If a verified defect in workmanship is identified, Grand Mesa Cabinets & Countertops will repair or replace the affected portion at its discretion. Remakes resulting from incorrect site conditions, inaccurate measurements provided by others, or changes after approval are billable.
5. Installation Claims
Any concerns regarding installation must be reported in writing within forty-eight (48) hours of installation completion. Failure to provide timely notice constitutes acceptance of the work.
6. Restocking Policy
Non-custom, stock items (if applicable) may be eligible for return within seven (7) calendar days of purchase, subject to inspection and a restocking fee of thirty-five percent (35%). Returned items must be unused and in original condition.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds, if applicable, will be issued within fourteen (14) business days following written confirmation of eligibility.
